1.BERSENAM
   Bersenam bukan sahaja dari segi joging , mengayuh basikal dan berlari , malah berjalan juga merupakan cara-cara untuk bersenam . Berjalan bukan susah , betul tak ? Kalau jalan susah , kita kita takkan keluar jalan-jalan dengan family , sebab susah nak jalan , betul ? Jadi berjalan ni antara aktiviti bersenam yang paling mudah . Kalau taknak nampak sangat kita kita nak bersenam secara melakukan aktiviti berjalan , cuba parkir kereta untuk pergi ke mana-mana jauh sikit , then keluar kereta , jalan je sampai kat tempat yang ingin dituju , sebagai contoh nak ke TESCO , parkir kereta kat luar , then jalan kaki je smpai depan pintu TESCO tu , kan dah bersenam😁 . Bayangkan kalau sehari kita pergi banyak tempat ? Boleh dapat tak 10,000 langkah ? Berapa bnyk kalori dah tu yg dibakar ? Banyak kan ? So jom amalkan cara bersenam mudah ni . 




2.PERIKSA TAHAP KESIHATAN
Periksa tahap kesihatan bukan susah pun , betul tak ? Pergi klinik satu malaysia tu , bayar rm1 je . Benda ni kena buat secara berkala , sekurang-kurangnya 2 kali sebulan , sebb apa ? Kita terdedah kepada berjuta kuman dan dan virus dalam kehidupan seharian , jadi tak mungkin la kita akan sihat selama-lamanya , betul tak ? Ambil langkah berjaga-jaga untuk memastikan kesihatan diri terjamin ! 


3.MINUM AIR SECUKUPNYA
Ramai orang salah anggap minum air secukupnya ni minum air apa pun tkpa , asalkan minum banyak je . STOP ! salah tu , dalam konsep untuk jag kesihatan tubuh badan ni , minuman yang perlu diambil dalam kuantitu yang banyak adalah air suam , air mineral , dan senangkatan dengannya . Shhh , tips ni kan boleh diguna pakai pada orang yang nak kurus jugak tau .

4.REHAT DAN TIDUR SECUKUPNYA
Dalam kehidupan ni , kalau nak sihat , kena cukupkan waktu rehat dan tidur . Sekurang-kurangnya 6JAM sehari . Tidur dan rehat dapat mengembalikan tenaga yang telah hilang setelah seharian menggunakan tenaga .
